Holly Spinks is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience as a clinician, executive leader, and certified coach. Having navigated the complexities of healthcare from multiple perspectives, Holly deeply understands the challenges faced by leaders—whether it’s juggling operational demands, navigating intricate systems, or driving meaningful change. This insight inspired her to found ZEHA Consulting, where she serves as a trusted partner for healthcare leaders and organizations striving to thrive in today’s complex landscape.

Latoya Santiago is a seasoned business strategist and executive leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical practice management, human resources, and recruiting. As Co-Founder and COO of ZEHA Consulting, she delivers tailored solutions that enhance organizational performance, optimize processes, and foster partnerships for sustainable growth. With a strong focus on healthcare start-ups and executive leadership mentorship, Latoya empowers organizations to navigate complexities, scale effectively, and achieve sustainable success.
 

Latoya’s experience spans multispecialty medical practices, where she has ensured efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. Her expertise includes overseeing daily practice operations, implementing comprehensive office policies, and integrating electronic health record (EHR) systems to improve data management and billing processes. Recognized as a leader in revenue cycle management, credentialing, and contract negotiations, she has contributed to enhanced financial performance through cost-reduction strategies and analytical reporting.

In her current role, Latoya brings a laser focus to mentorship and coaching for executive leaders, providing personalized guidance that helps them strengthen decision-making, build resilient teams, and drive organizational success. Before co-founding ZEHA Consulting, Latoya served as Chief of Staff and Head of Partnerships at Jasper Health, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives, built key community partnerships, and co-developed a new revenue-generating business unit for cancer care navigation. These experiences, coupled with her earlier roles overseeing multispecialty practices across Florida and Georgia, established her as an authority in practice management and operational optimization.

Born and raised in the Caribbean and fluent in both English and Spanish, Latoya brings a multicultural perspective to her work. Her bilingual abilities enable seamless collaboration with global teams, fostering inclusive environments that drive engagement and success.
